Frequently asked questions

I’m a Healthcare Provider. How do I enroll?

Registering for the VIVUS Health Platform is easy. If you are a sole practitioner or are signing up on behalf of a clinic or system, simply complete the online registration form. The registration process includes the forms necessary to execute the Business Associate and program agreements. After submitting the necessary agreements and completing the registration, our VHP Concierge Team will activate your account and set up your clinic or system in the platform. You’ll recieve an onboarding email which will contain your confidential VHP administrative credentials and guide you through using the platform.

How do I enroll patients?

Setting up and adding patients to the system is easy. Please note, patients must be registered on the platform prior to your first Telehealth call. Patient-initiated enrollment is the recommended method for onboarding patients. You may share the custom link provided in your onboarding email. Using this link, patients can enroll directly into your VHP Community. Once registered, you can begin remote patient monitoring, as well as schedule and initiate your first call.

How do I interact with my patients?

You may communicate with your patients through in-portal messaging, as well as video conferencing. Video conferencing is facilitated through the web portal. This is a one-way video communication so your patient cannot initiate. Buttons to begin a call are located beside the patient name in the individual patient record, and every transaction that occurs in the VHP is logged and time-stamped.
